Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The promotion is open to all individuals who meet the entry requirements. Employees of Arthur Spriggs, their immediate families, and anyone directly connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry:
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Entries must be submitted between 11th July 2025 and 11th October 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Arthur Spriggs.
The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
Prizes:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Arthur Spriggs reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Notification:
Winners will be announced on Tuesday, 13th October 2025.
Winners will be contacted using the details provided during entry. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Arthur Spriggs reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Liability:
Arthur Spriggs accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its control.
Publicity:
By entering the promotion, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General:
Arthur Spriggs reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
