Role Summary

As an Invoicing / Costing Administrator you are a critical part of the service team, your role is to support the Service Executives and Service Manager to ensure customers receive the best service through efficient, timely and accurate administration processes.

Tasks

Prepare costs estimates, invoices and associated paperwork for all work completed within the company.

Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims with training , ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation.

Complete regular and documented self – audits to driver continuous improvements in the business processes.

Be a champion of WIP processing and agree targets for weekly and monthly in line with the Companies targets.

Experience

Experience working in an Automotive service operation or in a comparable role.

Proven track record in Warranty / Service Contract Administration

Basic Knowledge of trucks, specifically Mercedes -Benz Trucks

Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge

General IT Knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Knowledge or experience of Truckfile, EVA, Pro IV, Xentry Products would be a distinct advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
